Easy, your "hacked accont" doesnt match with the standards of the server.
You have check the on-line service terms of your wifi or your GMAIL account first?
i had this problem and i fixed it re-logging my GMAIL account
Or you need the real game to access more easily that with the cracked one.
NOBODY use the cracked version so there aren't any server. thats the problem.
