Why doesn't frlz update mod s13 blue headlight and rx7 bosozoku in ver 0.3.6?

I don't think they need to. Rather; its not being updated because the only people who want a shitty bosozoku rx7 are the ones who just learned what bosozoku means and wants to flaunt their new knowledge to the same people whose moved on from it.Because the creators of these mods have not given consent to do so
in other words; only very few people want it and the guy who has to spend his time updating those mods wont benefit at all from doing so.
