I would like a hex mod, can we have it pweeeeaaaseee???

U see, I've been wanting to put dual exhausts on the S13, and other stuff but can't. Tried game guardian but idk how. So probably make a simple hex mod.

Idea:
•Just buy a part then no need for coding, just apply that part on any car.
•allow anything like spoilers to be colored.
•allow every player (even if don't don't use mods or whatever) to see the parts.

The part about coloring the spoilers may be a bit impossible, but the part where other players can see the modified car even without mods already happens in fr legends

first of all, hex mods only makes it possible to put any parts to any car, to make any spoiler paintable we need to make a mod for it, MODs changes game assets, so other players cant see it. Hex mod doesnt changes game assets, because its just for putting other cars parts to different cars, since theres differences its not possible to make a hex mod like that.
