is there any chance to remove/delete the cicada sound/ambience on frl? if we can, tell me which file is it and what should i do. cuz that sound kinda annoys me sometimes

I recently completed a version update for an old map and have already implemented it, but I' m currently struggling with texture import issues. I tried modifying it with UABE but this causes the game to crash. So, if you know how to handle this of problem. Please offer me advices or assistance🙏🙏

U see, I've been wanting to put dual exhausts on the S13, and other stuff but can't. Tried game guardian but idk how. So probably make a simple hex mod. Idea: •Just buy a part then no need for coding, just apply that part on any car. •allow anything like spoilers to be colored. •allow every player (even if don't don't use mods or whatever) to see the parts.
