you need to use a memory editor like GameGuardian, no public modded apk contains engines with over 890hp.
there is a tutorial on how to get a 1148hp engine permanently, it's on youtube, i also wrote a guide on how to install and use GameGuardian on another post in this forum, however, this requires you to have an android phone.
